RMA PROCESS
To begin the RMA process, please e-mail support@cyberswitching.com and include the following information:- Serial number of the unit
- Model information of the unit (e.x. "Dualcom 820", "Dualcom 1630ViCB", etc.)
- Description of the problem
- Contact information (your e-mail address and telephone number)

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
The following guidelines will help to ensure your safety and protect the equipment. This list does not cover all potential hazardous situations, so be CAREFUL and be ALERT!- The installation of your power cycling unit should be in compliance with your local electrical codes.
- Always unplug the power cable before installing or removing the unit.
- Keep tools and the units away from walk areas.
- Use the product within its marked electrical ratings and product usage instructions.
- Unit includes one or two electrical grounding plugs.
- Do not substitute any other type of power cords.
- The equipment grounding should be in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Never install equipment that appears to be damaged.
- When installing the unit into the rack, do not block ventilation opening of the unit.
