To begin the RMA process, please e-mail support@cyberswitching.com and include the following information:
- Serial number of the unit
- Model information of the unit (e.x. "Dualcom 820", "Dualcom 1630ViCB", etc.)
- Description of the problem
- Contact information (your e-mail address and telephone number)

- The installation of your power cycling unit should be in compliance with your local electrical codes.
- Always unplug the power cable before installing or removing the unit.
- Keep tools and the units away from walk areas.
- Use the product within its marked electrical ratings and product usage instructions.
- Unit includes one or two electrical grounding plugs.
- Do not substitute any other type of power cords.
- The equipment grounding should be in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Never install equipment that appears to be damaged.
- When installing the unit into the rack, do not block ventilation opening of the unit.
